Convergence Health is contracted with TriWest Healthcare Alliance for TRICARE, effective August 17, 2026. TRICARE beneficiaries should confirm any referral or authorization requirements with TriWest before scheduling.
Convergence Health participates in the VA Community Care Network through TriWest Healthcare Alliance, effective October 1, 2026. Veterans need a referral or authorization from the VA before care outside a VA facility is covered, so check with your VA care team before scheduling.

You'll need your member ID, group number, and the phone number on the back of your card. Knowing whether you have a referral requirement can also speed things up.
